WP4 includes setting up the administrative routines and carrying out activities to ensure that all partners fully understand their respective roles and are committed to the programme. It implements routines for communication, document exchange, technical and economic progress reporting, to assure that resources allocated for RTD objectives are properly utilized. All management work is carried out within this WP assuring deliverables, prototypes and demonstrations are on time within the given budget. Key questions are: Programme management plan. Programme organization. Communication within programme. Materials and results flow within the programme. IPR agreements between partners, securing base for further commercialization in Sweden of the programme results. Communication to stakeholders. Dissemination to public, society, and policy makers. To facilitate an effective cooperation and communication between the different WPs.
WP4 is crucial to the progress and success of the programme. Key aims are to follow-up and support day-to-day operation, organizing programme functions and meetings, to establish efficient coordination and communication between partners, to follow up progress and take necessary actions to assure that programme results are reached within budget; deliverables and milestones and to manage financial and administrative aspects of the programme.
